Installation give me a blank index.php and I can't launch website

Hi I just installed Lampcms on a new VPS in DigitalOcean.com and installed mongodb lighttpd php-gd and all the requirements. I have everything setup and ready to go and meet the minimal requirements, I even know I can receive emails from LampCMS because I receive some errors on my web page, but the problem is when I actually go to the index.php I get a blank page and no error messages. I checked my configuration file and everything is correct. MongoDB is running and I see it accepts connections but I just get a blank page. Any clues as to what could be going wrong?

OK this issue is now fixed, I switched the php.ini timezone setting to my appropriate time and rebooted my server and the change made this error go away.

Thanks for the tip Dmitri! I did that and obtained what the error is:

Error in Exception handler: : date(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'UTC' for 'UTC/0.0/no DST' instead in /LampCMS/lib/Lampcms/Log.php on line: 379 line 214#0 [internal function]: LampcmsErrorHandler(2, 'date(): It is n...', '/LampCMS/lib/La...', 379, Array) #1 /LampCMS/lib/Lampcms/Log.php(379): date('F j, Y H:i:s') #2 /LampCMS/lib/Lampcms/Log.php(210): Lampcms\Log::getTimeStamp() #3 /LampCMS/lib/Lampcms/Log.php(240): Lampcms\Log::l('Exception caugh...', 2) #4 /LampCMS/lib/!inc.php(340): Lampcms\Log::d('Exception caugh...', 2) #5 /LampCMS/lib/Lampcms/Exception.php(259): d('Exception caugh...') #6 /LampCMS/lib/!inc.php(86): Lampcms\Exception::formatException(Object(Lampcms\DevException)) #7 [internal function]: exception_handler(Object(Lampcms\DevException)) #8 {main}

I am in America/Indianapolis timezone I will investigate further and let you know what I find. Thanks again.
